آغاز فعالیت کارگاه های شیره پزی در سبزوار

به گزارش خبرگزاری صدا و سیما، مرکز خراسان رضوی، معاون فنی جهاد کشاورزی سبزوار گفت: برداشت انگور دیم از سطح 550 هکتار از باغ های انگور دیم این شهرستان که عمدتا در بخش روداب است به میانه راه رسیده است و پیش بینی می شود امسال بیش از 3500 تن انگور دیم از سطح باغ های این بخش برداشت و حدود 80 درصد آن تبدیل به شیره انگور شود.

امرالله شمس افزود: روستای بهارستان قطب کارگاه های شیره پزی در بخش روداب سبزوار است که انگور دیم منطقه و حتی شهر های اطراف برای تولید شیره انگور به این روستا حمل می شود.

وی گفت: در این روستا 15 کارگاه شیره پزی فعال است که طی 5 مرحله انگور را بطور سنتی به شیره انگور تبدیل می کنند.

شمس ادامه داد: امسال پیش بینی می شود حدود 200 تن شیره انگور در کارگاه های شیره پزی بخش روداب سبزوار تولید و روانه بازار های داخلی این محصول در شهر های مختلف شود.
